In pursuit of that perfect culinary experience

Eatty Phone Home: Orlando, Fl, United States; I Eat. I write. It's just that simple. No expectations ahead of the culinary venture unless the hype overtakes the mind.

I've been in the restaurant industry since I was 14. It's hard for me NOT to be critical.

Comment away. I try to be balanced in my reviews but in reality, I'm looking for the next culinary olympian in any and every aspect. And that's a tall order.
